Today, I will share the quick tips about marketing emails in which we will see how we can change the reply to address.

Scenario:

Previously we had a sales team email id through which our emails were rolling out to customers but when customers replied then it was returning to same email Id.

Now we wanted to change the email Id for replying to customers so that it should get pointed to correct customer service teams.
